Filtered Orifice Fittings and Connectors come in many forms. They almost always include a stainless wire mesh filter and ruby or sapphire orifice. Because of the wide range of possibilities designers can eliminate redundant fittings by combining the orifice and filter into one fitting. RB31398-82815 is a stainless male connector for 1/4" tube x 1/4" NPT thread . This fitting has a single stainless steel wire mesh filter. This product comes with all three orifice series.

Sizes can range from 0.0004" thru 0.081" thru. Filtration choices are 5, 25 and 43 micron. Order under part RB82815 and specify it is with filter. Also available with just the orifice no filter. With a Sapphire Vee-Hole Orifice This Conical Vee Entry Orifice series is also wire lapped to insure uniformity of the holes roundness, surface finish and sharp edges. This orifice series is usually a good choice for applications that require both low flow and or higher pressures. Sizes range from 0.002" up thru 0.033". |
