As technology demands precision and smaller tolerances, engineers are turning to Bird Precision orifices. Bird Precision offers laser drilled, wire lapped orifices that are burr-free, extremely round and sharp-edged. Bird Precision’s synthetic sapphire or ruby orifices feature zero porosity, high temperature tolerance and wear resistance, and are almost chemically inert. Bird Precision orifices exhibit highly repeatable flows from 0.5 cc/min and offer the industry paradigm for strength and dependability. Bird Precision orifices are available in standard hole sizes ranging from 0.00029" to 0.081", with or without stainless steel micro screen filtration, in many standard design sizes.

Both the In-Line and Quick Disconnect Orifices can be made available with most standard barb sizes.

In-line connectors are available in seven different orifice sizes (included in our test kit) and are color coded for your convenience. Other sizes are available.  N/A Quick disconnect orifice components allow for easy inter- change of orifice sizes. Quick disconnect components utilize male lure to female lure connectors. The female lure has a heavy duty thread at the lure connection to reduce wear. The male lure includes an integral locking system. Seven different orifice sizes are available (included in our test kit) and are color coded for your convenience. Other sizes are available.
