Gland/Gasket Connector Orifice products provide a clean face seal connection for stainless tube applications. These small discs essentially coin themselves into mating face seal beaded connections when the assembly is screwed together forming a reliable seal against both faces of the disc. For 1/8 VCR Size RB82087 is our smallest gasket, approx 0.260" diameter.

For 1/8 VCR, stainless tube applications the standard material is stainless. This Sharp Edge Ruby Orifice series is laser drilled and wire lapped to insure Roundness, surface finish and sharp edges. This orifice series is a good choice where the designer requires low flow, accuracy and repeatability. This orifice series has a complete micron series starting at 7.5 microns. |
