This is our smallest Orifice union.

Orifice selection can range from 0.0004" thru 0.035".

Sapphire or Ruby orifices are swaged in place by proprietary methods. Stainless wire mesh filters are also available if needed. 5, 25, 43 and 140 micron ave filtration rates.

Orifice sizes range from 0.0004" up thru 0.081".

Stainless Union Orifice Fitting for Face Seal Applications

Stainless Steel Orifice Union, double male for face seal. For elevated pressure applications the flow should push the orifice into its seat in the union.

RB82046 is available with all three orifice styles. Orifice size ranges from 0.0004" thru 0.081".

Stainless Union Orifice Connector for 1/4" Diameter Stainless Tubing

Stainless Steel Union Orifice Connector RB82631 connects 1/4" stainless tubing inline. Sapphire or ruby orifices are swaged in place by proprietary methods. For elevated pressure applications the flow should push the orifice into its seat in the connector for best results.

RB82631 is available with all three orifice styles. Sizes range from 0.0004" thru 0.081".

Stainless Steel Union for 1/2" diameter tube size.

This Union comes with our 0.118" diameter Ruby orifice series.

Sizes can range for 0.010" thru 0.081" (some selected smaller sizes may also be available)

For elevated pressure the flow should push the orifice into it’s seat in the fitting.
