Press-In Inserts are held to precise diameter tolerance to facilitate the insertion process. Sapphire and ruby orifices are sealed in place using specialized machines and proprietary technique.

Orifice inserts are available as press-in, threaded, barbed or plate type orifices. These orifice inserts are easy to install into a variety of applications.

Barbed orifice inserts are the easiest of all orifice inserts to install. primarily for insertion into plastics and flexible materials. Because a precison hole is not required the recieving component is less expensive to machine and easier to produce.

Barbed orifice inserts are available primarily in brass and stainless steel in a variety of sizes.
