These precise inserts typically have a small lead designed into the cartridge to facilitate the insertion. This helps insure alignment before finally driving the insert home.

 N/A RB82331 is our smallest brass insert 0.078" diameter, approx. 0.071" length.

This insert comes complete with our 0.060" diameter sharp edge ruby series. Sizes range from 0.0004" thru 0.035".

This Sharp Edge Ruby Orifice series is laser drilled and wire lapped to insure Roundness, surface finish and sharp edges.

This orifice series is a good choice where the designer requires low flow, accuracy and repeatability. This orifice series has a complete micron series starting at 7.5 microns.
