                                                                                          Ask the Bird staff for insertion tolerances and other insertion aids. RB82436 is PVDF material (but also available in nylon so please specify your preference). This insert is 0.180" diameter x approx. 0.250" long. This press-in insert comes with our sharp edge ruby orifice series in sizes from 0.0004" thru 0.035". This insert is also available with our conical sapphire series orifice as well. With a Ruby Straight-Hole Orifice (0.060 O.D.) This Sharp Edge Ruby Orifice series is laser drilled and wire lapped to insure Roundness, surface finish and sharp edges. This orifice series is a good choice where the designer requires low flow, accuracy and repeatability. This orifice series has a complete micron series starting at 7.5 microns. |
